CLP Partners Network
The Colour Literacy Project is building an educational network to foster a 21st century meta-disciplinary approach to colour education that bridges the arts, sciences, and humanities. The bottom-up/top-down network connects educators from early childhood to universities, community programs, and industry professionals.
Colour Literacy ABC’s: We are developing an open-source, online library with exercises, lesson plans, and resources that can be adapted to diverse age levels and learning environments. The experiential hands-on curriculum is based on the four CLP Cornerstones: Experiencing Colours, Describing Colours, Perceiving Colours, and Working with Colours.

This orientation will introduce the CLP’s meta-disciplinary approach to colour education that bridges the arts, sciences, and humanities.
Colour Literacy ABC’s: CLP partners are invited to Beta-test 2026 Foundational Exercises
2026 Colour Literacy ABC’s: With feedback from partners, we designed a new set of foundational exercises to beta-test in 2026.
Partner Orientations: Each year there will be a spring and fall orientation (via Zoom) to introduce key foundational exercises.
Partner Roundtables: Each year there will be a spring and fall roundtable (via Zoom) for partners to share classroom experiences and introduce innovative projects.
Your feedback is essential to ensure that the materials are effective, engaging, and easily adapted to classroom environments.
